Our Story
Amader Ranna-banna — our name, in our own words, means "our cooking and eating." It is a phrase that carries warmth, familiarity, and the deep-rooted belief that food shared is food loved.
Founded in Metairie, we opened our doors with a simple conviction: that the best meals are the ones made with patience, served with presence, and remembered long after the last bite.
Every recipe in our kitchen tells a story — of grandmothers who measured by instinct, of monsoon evenings spent over steaming pots, of festivals where the table was always too small for the family gathered around it. We don't just prepare food. We preserve moments.
